This course is led by highly experienced teacher Sian Warriner.  She has already gained experience working with the Long Covid community in a collaboration with 360mindbodysoul earlier this year.  Wednesday, June 2nd and every Wednesday for 8 weeks.  The class is recorded if you feel unable to complete the whole class or if you have to miss a session.  Attendance live is highly recommended. 10.30am – 12pm.
